The role oversees multiple branches, focusing on safety, distribution, customer service, and financial performance. This hands-on leader will drive efficiency, coach managers, and align with corporate standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in industrial distribution or manufacturing operations, strong budgeting skills, and travel willingness within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of progressive operations experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day operational leadership for multiple branch locations and facilities.
• Drive operational efficiency, service reliability, and customer satisfaction across the region.
• Champion safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, FDA, and CGA requirements.
• Oversee gas distribution, fleet management, inventory accuracy, and asset utilization.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch managers, operations managers, and frontline supervisors.
• Manage regional operating budgets, labor costs, and capital expenditures.
