You will lead by example, ensuring all team members follow proper procedures, safety guidelines, and chemical usage per Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
This role is responsible for ensuring all processing equipment, floors, and inedible buckets are properly cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and ready to pass USDA inspection for the next day of operations. You will also serve as the main point of contact between sanitation, maintenance, and management teams.
