Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is seeking a Manager of Community and Stakeholder Engagement to lead outreach across the North Florida market, including Jacksonville, Daytona, Brevard, Gainesville and Ocala. The role runs Monday–Friday with occasional nights and weekends and requires travel within the state.

You will build strategic partnerships, elevate brand equity in communities, and align efforts with public affairs, marketing and CRM teams to support responsible investments and sponsorships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in community and stakeholder engagement or related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written).
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.
• Willingness to travel across the state and region; ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive community and stakeholder engagement within an assigned geography to elevate Coke Florida's brand equity.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new stakeholders and community partners.
• Collaborate with Territory General Managers and Public Affairs to engage local officials.
• Participate in PACS meeting cadences to align strategies and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute community activation and sponsorships.
• Report on engagement activities and community contributions.
