Job summary

Datadog seeks a visionary Senior Leader of Sales Engineering to build and scale a high-performing SE leadership team across North America, spanning Enterprise, Majors, and Public Sector accounts. You will shape the NA SE strategy, align with global product and GTM plans, and influence customer-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in enterprise SaaS, cloud, observability, AI, and security solutions.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a team of SE Directors across NA.
• Define nationwide and global Sales Engineering strategy and operating model.
• Partner with Sales Leadership on revenue targets and GTM initiatives.
• Represent NA SEs in product roadmaps and global discussions.
• Drive pre-sales methodologies, KPIs, and data-driven improvements.
