Datadog seeks a visionary Senior Leader of Sales Engineering to build and scale a high-performing team of SE Directors across Enterprise, Majors, and Public Sector in North America. You will define the NA SE strategy and act as a regional voice in global discussions with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure customer needs shape the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar leadership roles.
• Experience leading SE leadership teams or second line leadership.
• Expertise in enterprise SaaS, cloud, observability, AI, and security.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of SE Directors across NA.
• Define and drive the technical sales strategy regionally and globally.
• Set vision and operating model for Sales Engineering aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
