As the NA Transportation Digital Automation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the Transportation team at Procter & Gamble (P&G). You will leverage your technical expertise, business process knowledge, data analysis skills, and project management experience to oversee daily operations, enhance capabilities, solve problems, innovate, and lead the creation of data analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design solutions for Transportation Innovation projects.
  • Lead and execute improvement initiatives, including the delivery and start-up of new systems.
  • Participate in governance activities for the Transportation Management System (TMS).
  • Conduct root-cause analyses to address discrepancies between expected and actual results.
  • Identify and address gaps in processes proactively, prioritizing and eliminating losses and inefficiencies through digital systems.
  • Build capability by creating learning programs, coaching, and training team members.
  • Collaborate with technical experts, other functions, and manufacturing sites to develop optimal solutions.

Job Qualifications

Education:
  • Have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Operations Management, Other Business Administrative or Engineering Degree or (other related degree and/or work-related experience),
Job Qualifications:
  • 0-3 years of experience.
  • Ability to navigate Tableau Dashboards and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to develop technical skills with Transportation Management System, SAP, Rate Manager, Lane Change Management, Tariff, etc.
  • Ability to navigate PowerBI, Tableau, Knime, Python, SQL, RuleX.
  • Proven expertise in digital programming languages such as JavaScript, Ruby, Python, Java, C/C++, SQL, R, and C#.
  • Experience in developing software solutions for real-world problems.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on detailed planning and execution.

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $85-$115K

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
