Job summary

Nike Beaverton, OR is seeking a NA Supply & Inventory Planner for a 6-month contract. You will support end-to-end planning, manage POs, and analyze data to optimize inventory health.

This hybrid role collaborates with Consumer Planning and Inventory Operations teams to drive on-time purchasing and efficient supply planning. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, analytical storytelling, and agile response to a dynamic supply environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supply/inventory planning or related experience.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to tell a story from data.
• Ability to switch between strategic and tactical thinking.
• Cross-functional collaboration across teams and cultures.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, formulas, macros).
• Experience with SAP ERP and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate twice/month delivery planning and ensure materials are planned and purchased on timelines.
• Create and manage POs for finished goods; manage buy exceptions.
• Review POs for policy conformance and address delivery issues.
• Analyze data to identify challenges and tell a clear business story to stakeholders.
• Proactively drive actions to maintain healthy inventory position.
• Share delivery expectations and risks with Consumer Planning teams.
