Job summary

Center for Chemical Process Safety CCPS is seeking a senior regional leader to drive North America growth, member engagement, and retention across a distributed team. The role guides process safety programs, conferences, and regional workshops while aligning CCPS services with AIChE strategies.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in process safety leadership, strong business development skills, and experience managing global, cross-cultural teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Chemical Engineering or related field required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 15+ years of industry experience, including process safety leadership.
• Proven expertise in process safety, loss prevention, or related field.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead membership growth, retention, and engagement strategy across North America.
• Oversee 150+ member organizations and drive regional revenue growth.
• Deliver CCPS programs including conferences, regional meetings, and assessments.
• Provide global technical leadership and coordinate cross-regional activities.
