Job summary

Festool USA seeks an SAP and CRM Systems Architect to be the NA technical authority for commercial systems, owning configuration, integration, and change management across SAP, Salesforce, and EDI platforms. The role drives architecture, security, and documentation with strong cross‑team collaboration and global alignment.

You will deliver end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash solutions, manage data integrity, and lead integration efforts while partnering with HQ IT and process owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Five or more years in a validated SAP environment with SD configuration.
• Strong SAP design knowledge and end‑to‑end O2C delivery experience.
• Experience integrating SAP SD with MM, Finance, and a CRM platform.
• Experience with EDI/IDoc processes and cross‑platform architecture.
• German language ability is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own technical design and build of SAP/CRM systems for North America within guardrails.
• Serve as NA technical authority for system changes with HQ IT and global teams.
• Translate business requirements into system solutions and identify tradeoffs.
• Maintain SAP config, master data, and interfaces for SD and O2C.
• Administer Salesforce including security, users, workflows, and release management.
• Oversee SAP‑CRM integration, IDoc/EDI processes, and cross‑module data integrity.
• Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and partners on delivery.
