Job summary

Roquette, located in Geneva, IL, seeks a Head of Planning - North America to lead Demand, Supply, Production, Inventory and Analytics for US/Canada/Mexico. You will own IBP and S&OP, developing rolling 24–36 month plans and driving forecast accuracy.

The role balances service, inventory, capacity, and working capital with executive governance and scenario analysis. Travel up to 25% across NA.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or SCM specialization preferred.
10+ years planning/supply chain experience.
5+ years of leadership and team management experience.
Experience across IBP, S&OP, demand, supply, and inventory optimization.
Experience with working capital management and data analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead the North America Planning organization across Demand, Supply, Production, Inventory, and Analytics.
Own and lead IBP and S&OP processes monthly.
Develop and maintain a rolling 24-36 month demand and supply plan.
Drive forecast accuracy and demand sensing capabilities.
Align demand plans with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics.
Establish inventory policies and replenishment methodologies.
Lead executive supply chain reviews and recommend service/inventory/cost trade-offs.
Develop contingency plans for disruptions and volatility.
Drive standardization and continuous improvement in planning processes.
Ensure planning master data governance and integrity.
