Job summary

Roquette, a family-owned global leader in plant-based ingredients, seeks a Head of Planning - North America to lead Demand, Supply, Production, Inventory planning and IBP across the US, Canada and Mexico from our Geneva, IL office.

You will drive forecast accuracy, align commercial plans with manufacturing, and manage planning master data while guiding a high-performing NORAM team through complex multi-site operations. Competitive compensation and strong benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in SCM required; MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years planning and supply chain experience.
Experience leading IBP, demand & inventory optimization; multi-site US/Canada/Mexico a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the NORAM Planning organization across Demand, Supply, Production and Inventory Planning.
Own and lead IBP and S&OP processes monthly.
Develop and maintain rolling 24–36 month demand and supply plans.
Drive forecast accuracy, bias reduction and demand sensing capabilities.
Align commercial demand with manufacturing, procurement, transport, and warehousing.
