Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management or system architecture in optical communications.
• Proven ability to interact with customers and translate needs into solutions.
• Experience in optical networking companies preferred.
• Able to address problems beyond direct experience and communicate clearly.
• Self-directed with strong organizational skills.
• Capable of working in distributed, international teams.
• Flexible and outcomes-focused, able to adjust plans.
• Ability to shape business with new technology or architecture.
• Strong presentation skills for management, customers, and events.
• Willingness to travel as required.
