Job summary

Inriver is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business growth across North America with a focus on the Manufacturing sector. You will own the full sales cycle, build executive relationships, and position value-driven solutions to modernize how manufacturers manage product data.

You will drive regional plans, exceed revenue targets, and maintain a strong pipeline while collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in B2B enterprise software sales (SaaS preferred).
• Proven quota achievement in defined territory.
• Experience selling into Manufacturing organizations.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% in North America.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for North America.
• Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within Manufacturing.
• Target sub-verticals within manufacturing (industrial equipment, automotive, electronics, consumer goods).
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline aligned to revenue goals.
• Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain CRM data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent at industry events.
