Job summary

Uline in the Corporate Headquarters is seeking a Vice President of Logistics to lead transportation strategy for North America's large freight network. You will guide a logistics team of 50+ professionals and partner with executive leadership to drive efficiency and next-day delivery goals.

Responsibilities include strategic analysis, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize operations and carrier partnerships across North America.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of leadership experience in complex, large-scale logistics operations.
• Proven ability to leverage complex data to inform strategy and decisions.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation strategy for one of the country’s largest freight shippers.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to optimize logistics operations.
• Strengthen relationships with key freight carriers to align with goals.
