Job summary

Uline seeks a strategic Vice President of Logistics to lead a 50+ person corporate logistics team and drive the next era of our transportation network. You will partner with executives to deliver next-day capabilities, optimize carrier partnerships, and push for operational excellence across North America.

With 20+ years in large-scale logistics, you will leverage analytics to shape transportation strategy and collaborate with leaders to strengthen cross-functional execution and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 20+ years of leadership experience in complex, large-scale logistics operations.
• Experience across all transportation modes; outbound LTL expertise a plus.
• Proven ability to leverage complex data to inform strategy and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analysis of transportation and operational data to drive efficiency for one of the country’s largest LTL shipping networks.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to optimize logistics operations and enhance vendor partnerships to deliver a high level of service.
• Strengthen relationships with key freight carriers and leaders across Uline’s North American locations to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Drive high-impact projects, providing insights and recommendations to Uline’s executive leaders.
• Promote operational excellence, continuous improvement, and high performance.
