Job summary

Constellium Deutschland GmbH is seeking an IT Director North America to lead and align regional IT strategy, governance and delivery across Aerospace, Automotive, and Packaging businesses. The role requires directing IT budgets, teams and programs, while partnering with global IT and regional stakeholders to drive standardized processes and value creation.

The ideal candidate brings extensive leadership in IT, multi-site coordination, and a strong track record in large-scale project delivery

Qualifications

10-15 years of IT experience with 5-10 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience leading multiple technology teams in a multinational company.
Experience in manufacturing environment is beneficial.
Ability to work in a global, matrix organization and collaborate with IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

Define regional IT roadmaps including project and lifecycle activities, aligned with Global IT strategy.
Oversee budgeting and cost control within the region.
Ensure NA IT teams collaborate and contribute to global processes (incident, request, change, project).
Represent the region on the IT Leadership Team and contribute to global IT initiatives.
Oversee local service management and collaboration with Central IT for solution delivery.
