Job summary

Wise is seeking a Senior Manager to lead influencer strategy across North America from our Austin office, reporting to the Global Influencer Team in London.

You will own the North American strategy, including the US and Canada, build annual/quarterly plans, manage budgets, and scale influencer activity for Wise Business. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and a track record of driving measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive influencer marketing experience across the US and Canada.
• Ability to set a regional strategy and translate it into execution.
• Experience marketing to small businesses, entrepreneurs or freelancers.
• Commercial and analytical mindset with budget/forecast experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the North American influencer strategy, prioritizing the US and Canada.
• Build annual and quarterly plans covering audiences, creators, channels and investment.
• Forecast regional budgets and use performance insights to scale opportunities and redirect investment.
• Represent influencer marketing in regional planning and share North American insights with global strategy.
• Scale influencer activity in Canada and support the US Influencer Manager with strategic direction.
