Job summary

AGCO in Duluth, GA is seeking a Sr Manager, Indirect Procurement – North America. This onsite role leads procurement operations, engages with stakeholders, and ensures policy governance while driving measurable value for the business.

You will lead a team of about 10 professionals, balance strategic thinking with execution, and partner across Legal, Finance, Operations, and IT to deliver annual savings and strong supplier relationships. A senior, impact-focused leader is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or engineering.
• 10+ years of procurement, sourcing, or related experience.
• Proven leadership of procurement teams and stakeholder management.
• Experience in complex, matrixed global organizations.
• Ability to deliver measurable value through procurement initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA indirect procurement initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team of ~10 professionals.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance.
• Drive cost savings, value delivery, and supplier engagement.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Operations to ensure project success.
• Promote continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Engineering or a related field

MBA preferred
