Job summary

Toyota's Portfolio & Compliance Strategy Department is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the development and alignment of North American emissions compliance strategies (GHG, CAFE, Tailpipe) across Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Government Affairs, Demand/Supply Management, R&D, production, and other business functions.

• Bachelor's degree required; engineering degree preferred.
• Experience in regulatory affairs, compliance and product strategy.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Compliance Strategy team for the U.S. emissions strategies across functions.
• Develop short-, mid-, long-term U.S., Canada, and Mexico emission strategies and align with region stakeholders.
• Assess product portfolio against regulatory trends and provide timely compliance analysis and recommendations.
