Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an analyst or associate to join the Americas Equities structuring team. You will ideate, price, and originate new payoffs and products for hedge fund, institutional, and distributor clients.

You will collaborate with Sales, Trading, Quantitative Research, and other Structuring teammates to deliver innovative solutions and influence product development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a structuring, trading and/or quant role.
• Experience in SPVs, funds, or cross-asset structuring is a plus.
• Data analysis skills; Python coding experience preferred.
• Product knowledge in derivatives, including pricing models like local volatility.
• Demonstrable interest in financial markets.
• Team player with interpersonal skills to partner with a broad range of people.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Relentless attention to detail.

You will liaise with various teams including Sales, Trading, Quantitative Research, as well as other members of the Structuring team.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in a structuring, trading and/or quant role

• Experience in SPVs, funds, or cross-asset structuring is a plus

• Proven data analysis skills (Python coding experience preferred)

• Product knowledge in derivatives, including standard options pricing models ("e.g., local volatility") and structured investments

• Demonstrable interest in financial markets

• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to partner with a broad range of people

• Ability to work under pressure

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Relentless attention to detail
