Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytic, financial modeling and reporting skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility for the business unit, including revenue and margins.
• Lead annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning for the unit.
• Explain results vs. plan, identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop actionable recommendations to close performance gaps.
• Perform detailed margin analysis by product, customer, and market segment.
• Identify cost trends and coordinate with sales and operations on actions.
• Lead quoting, proformas, and pricing communications for opportunities.
• Collaborate to ensure understanding of financial levers and impacts.
• Provide leadership in driving financial improvements.
