Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, business, supply chain management, operations management, analytics, or related field.
7+ years in demand planning; medical products a plus.
Ability to lead, influence, and drive consensus across functions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain demand planning models and tools for North America.
Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations to align on forecasts.
Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy and bias and drive continuous improvements.
Support data maintenance and parameter tuning in Planning Master Data.
