Job summary

Quantexa is seeking a disciplined sales leader to head North American Core Banking GTM, building and defining the sales engine for large bank accounts outside top-tier global targets. The role requires a player-coach who can co-sell and guide 4–6 Sales Directors while driving 7-figure platform revenue.

You will partner with engineering, alliances, and banking industry experts to demonstrate the value of the Contextual Decision Intelligence platform and advance long, complex procurement cycles.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of enterprise software sales teams in North America.
• Experience selling complex 7-figure platform deals.
• Strong consultative, process-driven selling approach (e.g., MEDDPICC, Sandler).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute NA Core Banking GTM strategy and sales cadence.
• Mentor a team of 4–6 Sales Directors while actively participating in deals.
• Close high-value enterprise platform deals and build a strong pipeline.
• Educate executives on the business value of a unified Decision Intelligence platform.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Alliances, and Industry experts to align platform with banking pain points.
