• Develop and execute North America Consulting Practice strategy, business plan, and growth roadmap.
• Establish annual objectives, priorities, and performance targets.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and client needs to drive growth.
• Drive expansion of six consulting practice areas with scalable programs.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to increase demand and adoption.
• Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance capabilities.
• Partner with global leaders to support multinational clients and aligned solutions.
• Represent International SOS at industry conferences and client events.
