Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in consulting or professional services.
• Experience developing and scaling client-facing solutions, consulting programs, or managed services.
• Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth and client retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the North America Consulting Practice strategy, business plan, and growth roadmap.
• Establish objectives, priorities, and performance targets aligned with global goals.
• Drive growth through expanding practice areas across North America and scalable delivery models.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to increase awareness and demand for solutions.
• Own commercial performance including pipeline, revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
