Amtex Systems Inc. seeks a high-impact Communications Manager to shape and deliver communications across the Americas, spanning Latin America, the United States, and Canada.

This role drives media engagement, partners with senior leaders, and ensures clear external and internal messaging across diverse markets. The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in corporate communications, proven ability to secure media coverage across multiple markets, and excellent writing skills.

We have an urgent role of Communications Manager – Americas (LATAM, USA & Canada)

Location : Preferably Washington, DC USA but open for NYC based candidates

Full Time

Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is essential.

We are seeking a high‑impact Communications Manager to shape and deliver communications across the Americas — spanning Latin America, the United States, and Canada. This is a pivotal role in strengthening our brand presence across the region, supporting the continued growth of the business in Brazil, and helping drive expansion into new LATAM markets, while also leading communications activity in North America.

The role is firmly focused on excellence in execution: driving strong media engagement, partnering closely with senior leaders, and delivering clear, consistent, and compelling external and internal communications across diverse markets. The successful candidate will be highly hands‑on, detail‑driven, and confident navigating complex, multi‑country environments with cultural nuance and strategic intent.

Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is essential.

• 6-8 years’ experience in corporate communications, PR, or related field
• Strong experience delivering communications activity across multiple markets in the Americas, ideally including LATAM
• Proven ability to secure media coverage and manage press relationships
