• 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs and/or issues management.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, personal care, retail, luxury or related industry.
• Ability to advise senior executives in high-stakes situations.
• Proven ability to influence across a highly matrixed organization.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Media & Executive Positioning: develop NA corporate media strategy and position regional leaders.
• Story Mining & Narrative Development: craft clear, insight-led narratives for regional announcements and milestones.
• Industry Relations: build and manage relationships with industry bodies and events.
• Issues Management & Reputation: counsel leadership on reputational risk and monitor emerging trends.
