Qualifications
- 5+ years in business development or partnerships, preferably in aviation or mobility.
- Proven ability to influence senior external partners such as airport authorities.
- Experience in international and cross-functional environments, North American exposure.
- Analytical and structured thinker with entrepreneurial mindset.
- Results-driven, able to manage milestones in a fast-paced agile setting.
Responsibilities
- Define, build and scale airport partnerships across North America.
- Own full lifecycle from planning, stakeholder engagement to contract structuring and negotiation.
- Lead airport tenders end-to-end with cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive airport capability building and support implementation.
- Prepare strategic recommendations for airport expansions and act as subject matter expert.
