Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a food service team member at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico, Rio Grande. This premier resort offers oceanfront scenery, a lagoon-style pool, a Tom Kite-designed golf course, a rainforest spa, and multiple departments for growth in hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain constant communication with culinary and service colleagues.
• Deliver food promptly to the correct guest and position.
• Announce dishes professionally when appropriate.
• Ensure required condiments, sauces, utensils, and accompaniments are delivered with each item.
• Maintain knowledge of menu ingredients and common allergens.
• Never guess when asked about allergies or ingredients; seek guidance from a colleague.
• Inspect plates for presentation or accuracy before delivery.
• Communicate missing, incorrect, or delayed items immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo and running areas.
• Assist with table maintenance and service functions as needed.
• Follow food-safety requirements during transport and handling.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

• Maintain constant communication with culinary and service colleagues.
• Verify table number, seat number, menu item, modifications, and accompaniments before leaving the kitchen.
• Deliver food promptly to the correct guest and position.
• Announce dishes professionally when appropriate.
• Ensure required condiments, sauces, utensils, and accompaniments are delivered with each item.
• Maintain knowledge of menu ingredients and common allergens sufficient to safely perform the role.
• Never guess when asked an allergy or ingredient question; obtain assistance from the appropriate colleague.
• Inspect plates for obvious presentation or accuracy issues before delivery.
• Immediately communicate missing, incorrect, delayed, or compromised items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo and food‑running areas.
• Assist with table maintenance, clearing, resetting, water service, and other service functions when operationally necessary.
• Follow food‑safety requirements when transporting and handling food.
• Support all designated Food & Beverage outlets as assigned based on business needs.
• Perform opening, running, and closing side work.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
