Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking an experienced Associate Director Medical Advisor to launch Medical Affairs activities in the Nordics. You will lead scientific strategy, establish KOL relationships, and ensure medical input aligns with global and European objectives.

Travel up to 30% will be required; collaboration with cross-functional teams across Europe is essential. You must hold an advanced medical degree and have 8+ years in Medical Affairs, with oncology experience preferred and fluency

Qualifications

• Advanced medical degree required (MD/PhD/PharmD).
• 8+ years in Medical Affairs or related roles in pharma/biotech.
• Oncology clinical development and evidence generation knowledge.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly.
• Experience engaging with healthcare professionals and scientific societies.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Nordic languages and English; able to work in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop and implement a Nordic Medical Affairs strategy and plan for assigned products.
• Establish and maintain trusted scientific relationships with KOLs, investigators, and HCPs in the Nordics.
• Provide medical oversight to cross-functional teams with regulatory and compliance alignment.
• Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, Medical Affairs, and clinical research teams for scientific exchange.
• Contribute medical input to promotional and training materials and advisory boards.
• Plan national medical meetings, symposia, and congress participation to raise visibility.
• Support investigator-initiated trials and local clinical research activities with global/regional teams.
• Monitor scientific landscape to inform internal strategy and insights.
• Partner with HEOR and market access for real-world evidence projects.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in Nordic/EU interactions with HCPs.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations and CROs on site selection and engagement.
