Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. seeks a Manager, Clinical Nordics to lead the clinical team across Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden, shaping clinical strategy and education for Invisalign and iTero solutions.

The role is office-based in Copenhagen with regular Nordic travel. The successful candidate must relocate to Copenhagen and drive onboarding, education programs, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Dentistry or related clinical field; postgraduate Orthodontics or Healthcare Management preferred.
• 8–10 years of clinical experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in clinical education, team management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian and English; willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Clinical liaisons, education specialists and Itero trainers across the Nordics.
• Oversee onboarding, performance development, and succession planning.
• Align with regional clinical strategies and local commercial leaders.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Monitor clinical KPIs and drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
