Alyeska Nordic Spa is hiring a Nordic Spa Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences on-site at Alyeska Resort in Girdwood, Alaska. You will manage reservations, greet guests, and support hydrotherapy and spa services while upholding brand standards.

Experience/Passions/Education

• Post-secondary certifications/diploma or degree an asset
• 3+ years of management experience in hospitality or spa industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
• Comfortable with technology and open to new learning
• A passion for mental and physical wellness
• Previous Spa, Hospitality, Guest Service or Retail experience preferred
• Excellent guest service, communication, and organizational skills are essential
• Comfortable with technology and open to new learning
• Passion for Guest Service and Health and Wellness
• Previous reservation software and POS experience preferredAbility to focus on attention to detail, remaining professional and courteous at all times

Working Conditions

This position will include a variety of shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays. This position is set in a fast-paced environment, with high levels of interaction with guests, employees, business partners, and stakeholders. Working outdoors in a variety of mountain weather conditions, with average temperature ranges of -30 C / -22 F to +30 C / +86 F.
