Sugar Bowl’s Nordic ski area is seeking an enthusiastic Nordic Outdoor Operations Supervisor for the winter season. Join a team responsible for day-to-day staff management, ski school programming, and coordinating rental operations within a premier Nordic destination in Soda Springs, CA.

This entry-level leadership role focuses on hands-on ski school and rental shop supervision, with opportunities to lead events and contribute to a top-quality groomed surface and guest experience during December

Qualifications

• PSIA/ Level I or USSS L100 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification early in the season.
• Experience managing ski school and/or rental shop operations or strong desire to learn.
• Able to communicate information and instructions clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ski patrol, ski school and rental staff including scheduling and training.
• Maintain knowledge of all ski school products and services.
• Assist with events, races, and grooming coordination.
• Teach adult and children ski classes in cross-country techniques.
