Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in higher-level a la carte restaurants.
• Ability to prepare and present well-presented, high-quality dishes independently.
• Knowledge of French, American, or fine dining cuisines; Nordic or Norwegian experience is a strong asset.
• Strong English; the team uses English daily.
• EU/EEA citizenship or valid right to work in Norway.
• Available to start immediately or soon.
• Open to relocating to often-rural Norwegian destinations.
