Job summary

HDR is seeking graduating engineering students for entry-level opportunities across Water, Transportation, Resources, and Building Engineering Services. If you are graduating December 2026 or May 2027, you can learn alongside experienced professionals and contribute to projects that make a lasting difference.

Preferred qualifications include experience with AutoCAD or Revit, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

The expected compensation range for this position is $70,304.00 - $102,625.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
