Job summary

HDR is seeking engineering interns for Summer 2027. You will apply classroom knowledge to real-world projects that shape communities and create a better future.

Roles span Water, Transportation, Resources, and Building Engineering Services, with a strong emphasis on learning from experienced professionals. Ideal candidates are enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program with at least 2 years completed and a 3.0+ GPA, plus solid problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
• 2+ years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA.
• Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Preferred Qualifications

The expected compensation range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00 per hour depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
