Job summary

Lakeville Area Schools is seeking a Noon Supervisor to oversee student safety and behavior during lunch and transition periods. This non-licensed position requires being outdoors and supervising a grade level across playground, cafeteria and classrooms.

Hours are 2.50 per day, 174 days per year, Monday through Friday, with start date 9/8/2026. High school diploma or equivalent required; duties include implementing discipline plans as needed and ensuring a safe environment for students.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work outdoors in various kinds of weather for 20 30 minutes.
• Responsible for physical safety and emotional behavior of an entire grade level while supervising students on the playground, cafeteria and classroom; implementing discipline plans when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students on the playground, cafeteria and classroom to ensure safety.
• Implement discipline plans when necessary and model appropriate behavior.
• Coordinate with school staff to support students’ well-being during supervision periods.
