Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and documenting results clearly.
• Ability to follow safety practices and SOPs in a lab/production setting.

Responsibilities

• Configure, operate, and maintain pilot-scale nonwoven process equipment.
• Measure properties of nonwoven materials and support development.
• Maintain detailed records and communicate results and observations.
• Follow and help develop SOPs to ensure repeatable outcomes.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and assist with material handling.
