Job summary

College Possible is seeking an AmeriCorps VISTA to strengthen its capacity to support nontraditional, unenrolled, and stopped-out college students in Minnesota. The role focuses on data analysis to inform engagement strategies, development of a re-enrollment toolkit, multi-channel communication resources, and Salesforce optimization to sustain long-term impact.

The program runs 12/14/2026 to 12/13/2027, with a full-time schedule and generous benefits to support volunteers and families.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical data and develop a Specialized Engagement Toolkit with workflows for re-enrollment, student parent grant processing, and transitioning students into appropriate support.
• Create a multi-channel communications calendar and resources, including re-enrollment guides, academic reminders, and funding opportunities.
• Evaluate and develop training materials for the “Students Navigating Higher Education Independently” curriculum.
• Refine Salesforce tools to track re-enrollment outcomes, student parent participation, and barriers to persistence, and document engagement workflows, communication templates, and community resources to ensure the model is sustainable for future staff and volunteers.
