Job summary

Belmar Pharma Solutions is seeking a Compounding Technician to support our 503A operations. You will maintain knowledge of pharmacy rules, follow policies, manage compounding records, and assist with inventory and staff training across our centers.

The role requires accuracy in compound preparation, proficiency with pharmacy software, and adherence to SOPs. Experience with USP 795/800 is preferred; PTCB certification is a plus. Full benefits available.

Qualifications

• Maintain a working knowledge of applicable pharmacy rules and regulations.
• Follow all policies and procedures set forth by the company.
• Strong comprehension of USP 795 and USP 800
• Have a strong working knowledge of pharmacy software
• Prioritize and prepare formula and compounding records
• Compound medications accurately and efficiently
• File necessary paperwork
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance duties
• Assist with ongoing and month end inventory
• Assist in initial and continuous training of staff
• Pull outdated medications for destruction; restock supplies and keep pharmacy neat and orderly
• Maintain compliance with Company patient confidentiality requirements
