The role leads strategic finance, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls, collaborating closely with the CEO, senior leadership, and Board to guide the organization’s financial path for a $25M budget and a team of about 55. • A collaborative, hands-on leadership style with a track record of developing teams and improving financial processes.
• The confidence to serve as a trusted strategic advisor and provide sound financial guidance to executive leadership.

firstPRO's is partnerned with a growing, internationally recognized nonprofit organization to identify an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its leadership team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, hands-on finance leader who wants to make a meaningful impact while partnering closely with the CEO, senior leadership, and Board to guide the organization’s financial strategy and continued growth.

What We’re Looking For:

A CPA or CMA designation and experience within a membership-based or similarly mission-driven organization are strong pluses.

Location: Flexible; New Jersey-based candidates are preferred but not required. Candidates outside the area should be comfortable with quarterly travel to the office.
