Job summary

Fisher House Foundation is seeking an experienced Business Systems Administrator to support and enhance cloud-based applications powering fundraising and engagement efforts. You will own Salesforce as the core system and coordinate with HubSpot, DonorDrive, FormAssembly, Apsona, and Omatic, ensuring clean data and smooth integrations.

The role emphasizes business-facing systems administration, user support, and process improvement within the Operations team, reporting to the Operations

Qualifications

• Three+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Experience configuring production SFDC environments independently.
• Experience supporting integrations between SFDC and other apps.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate to practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce as the core system, including users, fields, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage connected platforms like HubSpot, DonorDrive, FormAssembly, Apsona, and Omatic.
• Provide day-to-day user support and resolve data issues across platforms.
• Ensure data quality through imports, deduplication, and governance.
• Monitor data flows and troubleshoot integration problems.
