The Phoenix Group is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage and enhance the Salesforce platform supporting fundraising, donor management, and program operations. You will configure, automate, and support users while ensuring data integrity and scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Salesforce admin experience, Flow development, and a track record of delivering reports and dashboards that inform fundraising performance and operational insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of configuration, user management, permissions, and security.
• Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows and reports/dashboards.
• Familiarity with data imports/exports and cleanup tooling.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration (users, profiles, permissions, security).
• Configure custom objects, fields, layouts, and Lightning pages.
• Build and optimize Salesforce Flows for fundraising and operations.
• Create/maintain reports and dashboards for fundraising and program outcomes.
• Maintain data quality and perform data cleanup and deduplication.
• Support NPSP or similar nonprofit data models and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable configurations.
• Provide user training and documentation; assist deployments and releases.
