Job description

Scion Nonprofit Staffingis leading a search for aNonprofit Regional Coachfor our client, an amazing organization that focuses on supporting caregivers and adoptive parents throughout Ohio! This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity that can be worked locally remotein the Cleveland, OH region.

Summary:
The Regional Coach is a full-time position dedicated to supporting implementation and coordinating within one of the program’s delivery regions. The Regional Coach reports to the Regional Director, supports the navigator sites within their region, and collaborates frequently with staff from other regions and the statewide team. The primary function of this role includes coaching for fidelity to the program model, providing Technical Assistance to program sites, training and onboarding site staff in the program model, and ensuring continuous quality improvement activities at the regional level.

Responsibilities:
Coaching for Programmatic Fidelity:

  • Meets weekly with Kinship and Adoption Navigators and their Supervisors to consult on cases and support implementation of the practice model.
  • Reviews program tools, fidelity measures, and data collection for the evaluation team with Kinship and Adoption Navigators and their Supervisors weekly.
  • Monitors programmatic goals and metrics for assigned navigator sites.
  • Partners with navigator sites to set goals, gather feedback on common challenges, and interpret program data.
  • Facilitates communication and maintains relationships within referral agencies to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Coaches and supports Kinship and Adoption Navigators and their Supervisors to evaluate and discern how each case with its individualized plan meets benchmarks set forth by the evaluation team.
  • Responds to inquiries from prospective program participants and provides referrals and direct services as needed.
Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and Continued Learning:
  • Executes CQI plan for assigned navigator sites.
  • Partners with Coaches from other regions to identify and meet continued learning needs for Kinship and Adoption Navigators and their Supervisors through quarterly Learning Communities.
  • Communicates regularly with the Regional Director and Regional Coordinator regarding program delivery and services provided.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Social Work, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Proven supervisory experience with a strong ability to work autonomously.

  • Skilled in understanding and responding to the unique needs of diverse populations, including gender identity, race, and physical or mental abilities, and provides resource referrals as needed.

  • Asks thoughtful questions, gathers insights from multiple sources, and develops creative, effective solutions.

Compensation:
A rewarding career and annual salary between $53,000-$58,000 (DOE) plus a full and robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement with a 3% employer match, 15 days of paid time off, 12 paid holidays, and 2 floating holidays!
