Job summary

Easterseals SEPA seeks a Marketing and Communication Manager to oversee marketing, communications, and public‑awareness efforts. You will craft content, coordinate campaigns, gather stories, and ensure timely, engaging communications across audiences and platforms.

You will collaborate with Development, Programs, and external vendors to support annual plans, manage calendars, and maintain consistent branding. A strong writing background and nonprofit experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant marketing/communications experience in nonprofit sector or similar.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, organizational, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of marketing, communications and public‑awareness activities.
• Develop content, coordinate campaigns, gather stories demonstrating program impact.
• Collaborate with Development, Programs, leadership, and external vendors.
• Support annual marketing plans and maintain a communications calendar.
• Coordinate integrated campaigns across email, social media, website, print, and other channels.
