Job summary

Carolyn Dorfman Dance seeks a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support and implement its communications goals. You will create visual and digital content, draft marketing copy, manage the website, and assist with fundraising campaigns and events.

This full-time, hybrid role based in Union, NJ requires 2–3 years in arts administration or marketing, proficiency with Canva and Photoshop, strong writing and organizational skills, and reliable collaboration with staff and partners; some

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' work experience in arts administration, marketing, communications, and/or related field.
• Graphic design experience with Canva and Photoshop; website management a plus.
• Excellent writing, organization, inter-personal, and customer-service skills.
• Strong administrative skills with Microsoft Office, database management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies.
• Create eblasts for events, campaigns, and tours/residencies.
• Update website content and coordinate with a vendor as needed.
• Support fundraising campaigns and coordinate at special events.
• Maintain archives and assist with audience development and reporting.
