Job summary

Greater St. Louis Area Scouting in the St. Louis metro area is offering a hands-on internship designed to immerse you in our operations, with mentorship from seasoned professionals and real project exposure.

You will work about 20 hours per week, document your learning with weekly logs, participate in evaluations, attend trainings, and explore various career paths within Scouting, while fulfilling internship requirements (12-16 weeks).

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with a professional Scouter for approximately 20 hours per week.
• Documenting learning journey through weekly activity logs.
• Participating in mid-term and final evaluations with mentor.
• Attending meetings, trainings, and activities to explore career paths within Scouting.
• Completing assigned projects and tasks.
• Becoming a member of Scouting America and upholding the Scout Oath and Law.
