Job summary

Ledgent-Finance- is seeking a Grants Analyst for a hybrid role at a nonprofit organization near Mid-Wilshire in Los Angeles. You will work with federal, state, and county grant funding sources on billing, analysis, and forecasting.

You will manage budgeting, fiscal reporting, audits, and grant reporting while ensuring compliance. A Bachelor's in accounting/finance and 3+ years nonprofit grant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
  • At least three years of nonprofit grant finance experience.
  • Nonprofit/grant accounting & finance background is essential.
  • Must have very good time management and communication skills.
  • Strong database, technical experience required (Advanced Excel, Google Sheets).

Responsibilities

  • Handle billing and analysis for federal, state, and county grant funding sources.
  • Allocate grant funding and analyze department budgets and revenue forecasting.
  • Analyze grant billing and invoicing; prepare fiscal reports and budgets.
  • Assist with grant reporting, audits, and ad hoc projects and administrative tasks.
