Job summary

Catholic Charities USA is looking for an Executive Director of Finance and Controller to lead financial operations, reporting, and treasury management. You'll manage a team, ensure compliance with GAAP, and prepare annual audit reports. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting with advanced qualifications preferred, plus extensive experience in finance management in nonprofit settings. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement, with a salary between $154,904 and $165,000.

Qualifications

• 15 years’ experience in managing finance functions preferably in a non-profit environment.
• 7 years’ experience as director or executive of finance managing professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct, oversee and manage the operations and administrative functions of the Finance Department.
• Ensure timely completion of annual audit and tax filing processes.
• Prepare financial and management reports for the Finance & Audit Committee.
• Lead the development and execution of Finance strategic plan.
