• Requires Bachelor’s degree in a related field with five+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards is essential.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.

Responsabilidades

• Manage monthly and year-end close processes and maintain the general ledger.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations with accuracy.
• Oversee AP/AR, daily revenue, deposits, and cash receipts processing.
• Coordinate and support the annual financial statement audit and IRS Form 990 filings.
• Maintain internal controls and assist COO with financial procedures.
